Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@bloodybrilliantbookshop.com
Eligible Returns
Items may be returned if they:
- Arrive damaged or defective
- Are incorrect due to an error on our part
- Are unopened and in their original condition
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used books
- Subscription boxes
- Digital products
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized orders
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
